1 General Provisions and Applicability of Terms

Limits applicable to all payment methods:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable to all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal timeframe: between 10 and 45 minutes.

• Bonus example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
• Wagering requirement: You must wager 20 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the original deposit. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 total must be wagered before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.
• All eligible games for the bonus will be indicated on the betx platform.
• betx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse through multiple accounts is proven, the accounts involved will be closed.

In any bonus-related dispute, betx's decision will be considered final.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

betx's VIP program has three tiers, awarded based on user activity:

• Bronze tier: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold tier: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

betx reserves the right to change the VIP benefits rules. Terms and conditions also apply to cashback withdrawals.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

• Any form of fraudulent activity, manipulation, or use of unauthorized software.
• Playing using another person's account or identity.

8 Sports Betting Rules
